Embraer 195 Passenger Jet Plane

The Embraer 195 is a twin-engined regional airliner, part of the E-Jet family produced by Brazilian manufacturer Embraer. It can accommodate up to 122 passengers and is the largest variant in the E-Jet series. The aircraft features a longer fuselage than its predecessor, the E190, allowing for increased passenger capacity while maintaining similar performance characteristics. British Airways was the launch operator, beginning operations with the E195 on September 22, 2006. The newer E195-E2 model, part of the E-Jet E2 family, offers reduced fuel consumption, increased range, and higher capacity compared to the original E195. As of October 2020, 172 E195-E2 aircraft had been delivered, showcasing its popularity among airlines for medium-range routes.
